• Bal Pandit is an eCommerce brand offering Hindu culture-based flashcards and learning toys for children.
• By using our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, availability, and prices are accurate.
• Colors, finishes, and printed designs may vary slightly because of production batches, photography, or screen-display settings.
• Our flashcards are intended for children under appropriate adult supervision and must not be used as teething toys.

3. Orders & Payments

• An order is confirmed after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation.
• Supported payment methods may include Razorpay, UPI, and eligible credit or debit cards.
• Transactions are processed through trusted payment providers. We do not store complete credit or debit card details on our website servers.
• We may cancel or decline an order affected by pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock, with an appropriate refund where payment has already been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are normally processed within 2 business days and shipped through Delhivery or another suitable logistics provider.
• Estimated delivery is generally within 7 business days across India, although remote or special-service locations may take longer.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear supporting photos or video.
• After verification, we may offer a full refund or free replacement according to your preference and eligibility.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless our support team agrees otherwise.

Authentic Bal Pandit flashcards are sold through our official website, www.balpandit.com. Unless expressly announced by us, we do not authorize third-party retailers, wholesalers, or marketplace sellers such as Amazon or Flipkart. Please be cautious of counterfeit or imitation products. Bal Pandit cannot verify or accept responsibility for purchases made outside our official sales channels.
